Antonello Sardi, as an executive chef, will propose a gourmet cuisine which will reinterpret tuscan traditional culinary dishes. Every dish is the result of extensive research and composed of selected ingredients, raw materials from our own vegetable garden or from local sources which guarantee freshness and quality.

Our restaurant’s philosophy is based upon taste and cuture of locally sourced produce therefore authenticity being the keyword. The menu changes regularly due to seasonailty with dishes created to enhance the flavors that each season has to offer and to impress your taste with every bite.

A CELLAR TO TASTE

In our cellar we’ll organize tastings orchestrated by Chef Antonello Sardi and it’s possible to book a table for special occasions or for a romantic dinner.
