With the advent of the World Championship, which will take place at the Mugello Circuit a few kilometers from the Tenuta, this year the cherry tomato was born.
The creation of this dish was born starting, Antonello tells us, from his famous amuse bouche, the fake tomato.
It is a revisitation of a amouse bouche that has always characterized its menus.
The goal is to celebrate excellence such as the Ducati and the Mugello racetrack, whose exaltation of the tricolor is a tribute to Italy, or the tomato with a yoghurt cream surrounded by the red of turnip and the green of the ‘laurel.
This amouse bouche will be on the Gourmet Virtuoso Restaurant menu in the weeks leading up to and following the Italian Grand Prix on June 2nd.
